The Junior Mastermind is designed for families and may be used by children. To protect children and comply with applicable privacy and safety requirements, the Program is intended to be purchased and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

By enrolling in The Junior Mastermind, creating an account, purchasing access, or allowing a child to use the Program, you confirm and agree to the following:

1. You Are the Parent or Legal Guardian

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the child who will use the Program (or you have legal authority to provide consent on the child’s behalf).

2. Consent for Your Child to Participate

You give permission for your child to access and participate in The Junior Mastermind, including digital lessons, activities, challenges, badges, worksheets, and other educational materials.

3. Parent Supervision and Child Safety

You understand and agree that you are responsible for supervising your child’s participation and online activity while using the Program. This includes ensuring your child does not share personal or sensitive information publicly, including but not limited to:

• Full name or last name

• Home address

• Phone number

• School name or location

• Passwords or login credentials

• Any other identifying information

4. Limited Information We May Collect About Your Child

To operate the Program, we may collect limited information that supports access and learning progress, such as:

• A child’s first name or nickname (if provided by the parent/guardian)

• Age range (if provided by the parent/guardian)

• Lesson progress, completed activities, badges, and challenge completion

We do not require a child to provide sensitive personal information to participate.

5. Consent to Data Use (Privacy Policy)

You consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy, including using information to:

• Provide program access and deliver Services

• Track progress and personalize learning where applicable

• Provide customer support

• Maintain security and prevent fraud

• Improve the Program experience

By enrolling, you agree we may contact you (the parent/guardian) by email and/or SMS for important service-related messages such as:

Marketing communications, if sent, are based on your preferences and applicable law. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link (email) or replying STOP (SMS).

7. Community Guidelines

If the Program includes community features (comments, groups, or interactive areas), you agree to ensure your child:

• Communicates respectfully

• Does not bully, harass, or threaten others

• Does not post personal information (including any child’s identifying details)

• Follows all posted community rules

We may remove content or suspend access to protect children, families, and the integrity of the Program.

8. Educational Disclaimer

The Junior Mastermind is an educational program. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or mental health advice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or earnings.

9. Payments and No Refunds

You acknowledge that purchases may include immediate access to digital content. All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you experience access issues, contact [email protected] and we will help.
