1. Who Can Use the Services
The Services are intended to be purchased and managed by adults (18+). If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must purchase and supervise use of the Services. If the Services are used by a child, the parent/guardian is responsible for: supervising the child’s use, ensuring the child does not share personal information publicly, and complying with these Terms.
2. Program is Education
The Junior Mastermind provides educational content for skill-building (e.g., confidence, communication, money habits, entrepreneurship). The Services are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, mental health, or educational services.
3. Accounts, Access, and Communications
Certain features may require you to provide information or create an account.
You agree to:
• provide accurate, current information, keep login credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
By providing your email and/or phone number, you agree we may send service-related messages (e.g., receipts, access links, program updates, support replies). Marketing emails/SMS are sent based on your preferences and applicable law, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are processed through PayPal (and any other payment options we may offer). You authorize PayPal to charge the payment method you provide.
We do not store full payment card details. Payment processing is subject to PayPal’s terms and policies..
5. All Sales Final (No Refunds)
Because the Services include digital content and/or immediate access to online materials, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact [email protected] and we will work with you to restore access or resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests and to suspend accounts for abusive refund behavior or improper payment disputes/chargebacks.
6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term unless otherwise stated at checkout.
